Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am participating in the FANS Ultra Races event and chose to fundraise for the FANS Scholarship program. Why a 24-hour race? I used to live in Bloomington, very close to where the race takes place. I was out on a run, when I ran by the lake, I noticed there were people running with bibs. I got jealous because a race so close to my house, how could I not know about this? I finished my run, and then went out for errands. When I returned, I saw those same people running and I knew I had to find out what race it was. I have been looking for unique and interesting challenges and at the same time fundraise money for a good cause. My Goal is to raise at minimum $500 and push myself to go further than I ever have. "FANS is a college and career mentorship program for high school students, specifically working with students of color, recent immigrants, and other groups that have been historically underrepresented.” Can you help today by donating?
